Photos of Great Falls of the Potomac in flood at dawn and in the early morning of June 5, 2018. The river was falling from 12 feet on the Little Falls gauge and had a flow of about 170,000 cubic feet per second which completely submerged all of the rocks normally visible from these vantage points.
